- Google API Services Disclosure:
GuestPostCRM's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Information obtained from Google APIs is used solely to provide user-requested CRM functionality, including email synchronization, conversation tracking, reply detection, AI-generated summaries, reply suggestions, and outreach workflow management.

3. Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
Account deletion permanently removes:

- Gmail-synchronized conversations and associated CRM records stored within GuestPostCRM.
- AI-generated summaries, reply suggestions, and workflow history.
- Gmail watch subscriptions, synchronization jobs, and notification processing.

Upon account deletion, Gmail synchronization stops immediately and GuestPostCRM no longer receives updates from your Gmail account.
Deleted account data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting any important information before requesting account deletion.
Important: Deleting your GuestPostCRM account does not delete, modify, move, archive, or affect any emails, folders, labels, or data stored in your Gmail account. Your Gmail account and email history remain under your control and continue to be available through Google Gmail services.
You may also revoke Google access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
Please note that this action will permanently remove your account information, CRM data, backups, settings, and any related content linked to your account.
Please make sure you have exported or saved any important information before continuing.
By proceeding, you confirm that you understand and want to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
4. Data Security
We use encryption, secure authentication, and industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Each customer’s data is isolated on their dedicated server.
