Once the client agrees on a price, execution should be straightforward. It should not involve manual tracking and combining data spread across emails and manual tracking.
GuestPostCRM’s Deal and Order System transforms finalized negotiations into organized workflows, making sure that every agreement is logged, executed, and delivered with 100% clarity.
From the deal stage to the order stage, workflows remain organized, trackable, and ready to share with your client.
Even after the pricing has been finalized, teams struggle to switch from “conversation” to “action.” Important details of the deal remain buried in emails instead of being organized.
If there is no centralized system to manage deals and order, order details such as anchor text, URL, backlinks get lost or miscommunicated. This can cause errors and rework.
If you are trying to crack multiple deals with clients, it is difficult to manually track which deal has been closed, which is pending, and which one needs client confirmation.
Deal creation is extremely simple in GuestPostCRM. Once the client agrees on a price, you can quickly create a deal from the dashboard by just choosing website and price.
Once you create a deal, a deal summary will be automatically generated and will appear on the right. You can then choose either to just save the deal summary or send it to the client.
Once you finalize a deal and create it in Order summary, GuestPostCRM automatically creates an order, reducing manual effort and ensuring no details are missed.
Once an agreement has been reached on price, you can create a deal in seconds by clicking on the “+” button beside the “Deal” section on the GuestPostCRM dashboard and entering details such as website and price.
Once you create a deal and add it, GuestPostCRM will generate a detailed deal summary mentioning all the websites and pricing details. If you add more deals, the system will also automatically update the deal summary.
Once the deal has been created, review all the details to make sure nothing is missing and all details are entered correctly. Then, you can choose to either save the deal to send later or send it right away.
GuestPostCRM detects that the deal has been finalized and created. It then instantly creates an order and updates the order section. You can review the auto-generated order and make changes if required. You can also manually create orders.
Click on the “eye” shaped button beside the Order section. If the order has been created, you will find all order details such as type, pricing, total number of backlinks, etc. There, you can either accept the order or reject it.
Complete the order as required by the client. Then, click on the complete button. It will direct you to PayPal where you can review auto-generated invoices. After that, return to GuestPostCRM to send the order summary.
Like the Deal Summary, an order summary will also be generated automatically. Click on the pencil button to review all the details mentioned in order summary. It will comprise key details such as Order ID, Order Amount, Order Status, Invoice Link, etc.
Update the status in order summary to “Completed.” Add any additional notes that you want to say to the client. Then, either “Save” the order summary or “Save and Send” to the client. Then, wait until the client completes your payment.
All deal records get stored at one place with comprehensive visibility into deal history and details such as prices, websites, and expiry date.
Manually creating deals and orders takes seconds. This makes sure that time required to move any opportunity from negotiation stage to execution stage is minimum.
Since orders are created automatically, the possibilities of manual errors are very less. All details are also filled in structured fields to make it easy for you to review.
GuestPostCRM gives you the option to either accept or reject the order. If you find that the backlinks are not relevant to you or the guest post is manipulative, you can reject the order.
You can create and manage more than one order from the same client simultaneously. You will not have to deal with overlap, confusion, or inconsistent data.
Order and deal summaries can be sent to the clients with a single click. Without any manual effort, you can make sure that clients always remain informed about deal progression.
Each agreement is recorded in a structured way, removing ambiguity and miscommunication in deal management.
All deliverables are monitored at a centralized place, minimizing errors and enhancing accuracy in delivery.
Move from agreement to action instantly, reducing delays in delivery and enhancing turnaround time.
With clear and detailed deals and order summaries, you can update clients in a professional way, ensuring credibility and trust.
No matter how many deals, clients, and orders you have to manage, you can manage them easily without losing clarity or control.
