OAuth-Based Integration
GuestPostCRM connects to Gmail using the official Google OAuth authentication flow.
What Data We Access
With your explicit permission, we may access:
- Email metadata (to track communication activity)
- Specific email messages related to outreach or classification
- Gmail labels
- Send-as permissions (when automation is enabled)
How We Use Gmail Data
Your Gmail data is used only to:
- Sync messages into CRM
- Classify emails (Non-Relevant Content, Spammy Content, No Reply, and Duplicate)
- Track opens/replies/spam movement
- Improve follow-ups and deal visibility
- Send authorized replies or templates
What We Do NOT Access
We do not access:
- Drive files
- Contact lists (unless separately granted)
- Calendar data
- Sensitive email categories outside the granted scopes
Revoking Access
You may disconnect or revoke Gmail access anytime through:
Google Account → Security → Third-Party Access
