Gmail Account Usage Terms
GuestPostCRM Integration

These terms apply when you connect your Gmail account to GuestPostCRM.
OAuth-Based Integration
GuestPostCRM connects to Gmail using the official Google OAuth authentication flow.
We never see or store your Gmail password.
What Data We Access
With your explicit permission, we may access:
- Email metadata (to track communication activity)
- Specific email messages related to outreach or classification
- Gmail labels
- Send-as permissions (when automation is enabled)
How We Use Gmail Data
Your Gmail data is used only to:
- Sync messages into CRM
- Classify emails (Non-Relevant Content, Spammy Content, No Reply, and Duplicate)
- Track opens/replies/spam movement
- Improve follow-ups and deal visibility
- Send authorized replies or templates
GuestPostCRM never uses Gmail data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
What We Do NOT Access
We do not access:
- Drive files
- Contact lists (unless separately granted)
- Calendar data
- Sensitive email categories outside the granted scopes
Revoking Access
You may disconnect or revoke Gmail access anytime through:
Google Account → Security → Third-Party Access
This may affect classification accuracy and automation performance.

All Gmail access follows the Google API Services User Data Policy.
